Free Knowledge Sharing Session (Webinar) on Social Security Benefits in India
TransCat People Solutions Pvt. Ltd., MSW Socialites and Rotary Bangalore Sneha organized two webinars (Part one and two), on Social Security Benefits in India delivered by Mr. Shankar Y., Group Manager, Titan Industries Limited between 11.00 AM to 12.30 PM on 15th and 29th May 2021.

Rtn. Dr. Nithyaleela, Charter President of Rotary Club of Bangalore Sneha, founder of M&M Institute of Languages, Director of TransCat People Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Manager of a NGO named as Society for New Environment and Humanitarian Action introduced the Chief Guest Rtn. P. L. Nagendra Prasad, District Governor of Rotary International District 3190 and MD of Skytop Builders, Film Producer, Vice President of Karnataka Table Tennis Association, who inaugurated this knowledge sharing session. Mr. Venkatesh Murthy B P, Vice Chairman of MSW Socialites and General Manager - Operations of Quess Corp Ltd. expressed the vote of thanks.

Important aspects about the rights and benefits of the employees working in India, duties of the employers, benefits as well as the need to ensure the compliance and legal consequences of noncompliance to statutory social benefits were discussed in these sessions.
These free knowledge sharing sessions benefited 165 participants in Zoom (and many more in YouTube live broadcast) including Rotarians, Rotractors, Friends of Rotary, Micro Small and Medium Enterprise Owners, Shop owners, Human Resource Professionals, Social Workers, MSW Students, HR Students, Alumni students of Master of Social Work in Mysore University (MSW Socialites), Faculty Members, Heads of the Departments and Heads of the Educational Institutions from multiple states in India. |
