Vishal has more than eighteen years of experience in enabling people to achieve their KRAs leading to impact on businesses. He has trained people in various fields.

He is presently on the Advisory Board of Flewid Capital, US based Start-up. He worked as the Director of knowledge management of IIFA, an organization into business advisory services to individuals as well as companies around the world.

He was the AVP – Knowledge Management of SBI Mutual Fund Ltd., for 6 years wherein he has instrumental in starting various initiatives. Some of them were, In charge of starting a Corporate University for the company, Responsible to undertake the Training Need Analysis and develop content for the University, Responsible for Special intervention for women employees of SBI Bank, measuring its impact, Creation of a training life cycle for the same women employees, Responsible for the coaching effort to develop the not yet reached potential employees up to role mandated levels, Was responsible to look in to distributing partner organizations to analyze their training needs, Developed content based on the same and ensured delivery in adherence to faculty guide.

He also worked as Sr. Manager Training for South India for Reliance Mutual Fund Ltd., He focused on creating and nurturing high performance teams, coaching employees to enhance productivity and he was also in charge of recruiting trainers for all Southern States. He also interacted with various institutions and industry counter parts for a common standard have done regular assessment of stakeholder satisfaction through surveys, identification of concern areas and formulation of action plan for the same and aligning strategy and processes in Training with the organizational strategy.

He has worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd., as the Group Manager – Training. He was Responsible for conducting continuous training sessions on soft skills and technical skills for customer service departments, Involved in generating training need analysis and designing of training modules, collaborated with various internal departments and external resources to gain insights and leverage best practices, carried out surveys to understand stakeholder satisfaction, provided long term vision for the evolution and maturity of the training policy &and processes.  He was also responsible for ROI calculation in close connection with HR budgeting.
He was the Master Trainer at Reliance NIS Sparta, wherein he was training Cluster Managers and Junior Trainers in relation with Reliance Petroleum Projects on technical as well as soft skills. He was in charge of training all outlet staff on ‘Retalix’ operations software.  He used to monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and drive changes to improve the same.

Prior to joining Reliance NIS Sparta he worked as Business Banker in ABN AMRO Bank NV. He was in charge of monitor the large items report and check on the money laundering practices and active participant of the KYC regulations, Sourcing new relationships for the entire gamut of Personal Financial Services offered by the bank viz. Liability & Asset products and relationship management.

He has worked in Holiday Kerala Tours and Events as Operations Manager responsible for managing and developing key accounts.  He has managed three branches and was also responsible for sales training and development of new course materials.

His stint as Royal Club in charge at Le Meridian helped him to handle the most advanced Hotel Operating system the Micros for the restaurants and room service. He was also responsible for the training and development of new recruits.

Vishal started his career as a Management Trainee in Radhakrishna Hospitality Services.  He was given independent charge of Standard Chartered Bank Guest House due to his best performance and he was awarded as the best Management Trainee.
