Education:
Regina has completed her graduation and post-graduation in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and she has done a certification on Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Experience:
Her real calling in life for Training and Development, was realized when she joined EXL Services (an ITES industry). She was then taken to helping people overcome their behavioral challenges at work. She has worked with large MNCs in the capacity of a Trainer and Lead Facilitator.
She worked as a Sr. Trainer of L&D at Ernst & Young GSS, where she was in-charge of managing (identifying training needs, designing, delivering) the training function for the F&A group to ensure that the interventions and curriculum met or exceeded stake holder expectations.
She is a firm believer in people engagement skills, and team dynamics. Her strengths lie in Learning & Organizational Development. Her motto - “Change cannot be brought on, it has to be inspired”. She has worked to reinvent the way learning happens and in the process, partnered with stakeholders to achieve their milestones, overcome their challenges and help people to (re)-discover their potential thereby raising the bar of excellence.
She has significant expertise in the areas of People Development Programs. She has delivered programs in the areas of Communication, Interpersonal skills, Presentation Skills, Client Focus, Values Based Training, Team Building, Motivation & Continuous Learning with companies like, Titan, Ernst & Young GSS, Siemens Shared Services, Sutherland Technologies, India First, Cross Domain Solutions, GMR Group, Central Bank of India, Wipro Spectramind, Mphasis, BJN Group of Hotels etc.
Regina is also passionate about teaching, molding children to utilize their fullest potential. She has worked as an Enrichment Coordinator, Life skills Coach and Mentor in Mount Litera Zee School. She was felicitated with a Happy Teacher Award for spreading positivity and happiness.
