TransCat People Solutions Private Limited is hiring for their one of the largest clients in Bangalore.

A new company with manufacturing and marketing operations in Bangalore in the area of hospital consumables is looking for Managers. The Company is looking forward to hire over 80 sales persons and managers across India.

Position: Business Development Executive

in a Bangalore based Hospital Consumable Company (qubixmedicare.in)


Position code: TCHCC.09.11.2020

Location: All major cities in South India (60 options)

Experience: 6 to 24 months of field sales experience, in any industry (e.g. FMCG, FMCD, BSFI, Pharmaceuticals etc.)

Education: Any Graduation (preferably B. Pharm/B.Sc.) or D. Pharm

Age: 21 to 25 years

Linguistic abilities:
Good Communication Skills in Local language (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/ Malayalam) and in English.
Candidates who can understand and speak in Hindiarepreferred.

Mobility requirements: 
Possessing valid driving licenseand owning two wheeler is a must for doing field sales in one /two/ three districts assigned to BDE

Reporting to: Assistant Sales Manager

Selection process: Interviews + Online assessments + Group discussions + Reference check

Responsibilities

  1. Creating, updating and expanding client database -by visiting hospitals and clinics to collect the relevant information
  2. Evaluate customer needs and generate sales leads
  3. Make sales calls (visit Doctors, Para-medical staff, Pharmacists, Purchase managers in the hospitals) and sell the products/services
  4. Build long-lasting relationships with customers
  5. Daily reporting about work (through tablet/personal computer/laptop/mobile)
  6. Achieve sales targets of individual(self) and team to earn attractive incentives
  7. Attend company meetings, sales events, trainings and industry exhibitions

There will be 2 weeks induction program in Bangalore.

Compensation:

During probationary period

After probationary period

1.80 to 2.40 Lakhs per Annum +
Incentives(around 2.00 lakhs) +
Allowances (TA, DA etc.)

Compensation shall be revised at the time of confirmation of permanent employment, based on performance in the probationary period.

Joining date: 
15 days from the date of offer made by the organization (between 15th Jan. to 15th Feb. 2021)

Position: Manager, Finance

CA with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization. Job requires the selected person to be able to set up and review internal systems and controls. Should be well versed with working capital management, financial accounting and audit, MIS management, budget forecasting and predictive analysis, performance evaluation and cost control, Investment management and capital budgeting.

Communication, business, leadership and entrepreneurship skills, ability to train other staff members are essential for being considered for the job.Compensation would match competence and Industry standards. Position: Manager, Human Resources

Education: Master’s degree (MSW/MBA)/ diploma in HR management from a reputed Institution with at least 5 years’ of experience in a manufacturing and marketing organization in a managerial role.
Applicants should have experience in talent acquisition of middle management staff. Those who have not conducted L&D sessions on various aspects of work need not apply. Job requires the selected person to be able to set up and review HR systems and controls, and must have worked in an ERP environment. Must be a compensation and benefits specialist and should have run incentive programs including knowledge of ESOP.

Experience is employee engagement of both office and sales employees; management of Company's ethics and culture code will be an added advantage. Candidate should be a multi-linguist, friendly person, a team player and a source of inspiration for all employees and serve as a consultant to other managers. Communication, business, leadership and entrepreneurial skills and ability
