A new company with manufacturing and marketing operations in Bangalore in the area of hospital consumables is looking for Managers. The Company is looking forward to hire over 80 sales persons and managers across India.

Position: Business Development Executive

in a Bangalore based Hospital Consumable Company (qubixmedicare.in)


Position code: TCHCC.09.11.2020

Location: All major cities in South India (60 options)

Experience: 6 to 24 months of field sales experience, in any industry (e.g. FMCG, FMCD, BSFI, Pharmaceuticals etc.)

Education: Any Graduation (preferably B. Pharm/B.Sc.) or D. Pharm

Age: 21 to 25 years

Linguistic abilities:
Good Communication Skills in Local language (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/ Malayalam) and in English.
Candidates who can understand and speak in Hindiarepreferred.

Mobility requirements: 
Possessing valid driving licenseand owning two wheeler is a must for doing field sales in one /two/ three districts assigned to BDE

Reporting to: Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Creating, updating and expanding client database -by visiting hospitals and clinics to collect the relevant information
  2. Evaluate customer needs and generate sales leads
  3. Make sales calls (visit Doctors, Para-medical staff, Pharmacists, Purchase managers in the hospitals) and sell the products/services
  4. Build long-lasting relationships with customers
  5. Daily reporting about work (through tablet/personal computer/laptop/mobile)
  6. Achieve sales targets of individual(self) and team to earn attractive incentives
  7. Attend company meetings, sales events, trainings and industry exhibitions

There will be 2 weeks induction program in Bangalore.

Compensation:

During probationary period

1.80 to 2.40 Lakhs per Annum +

Compensation shall be revised at the time of confirmation of permanent employment, based on performance in the probationary period.

Position: Area Sales Manager,

for a Bangalore based Hospital Consumable Company.

Location:Positions are based atmajor towns (more than a dozen) in South India               

Experience:
Should have at least 5 years sales managerial experience, in a medium sized company in any industry (e.g. Hospital equipment, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Banking and Financial Services Industry).

Field experience of successful launch of new products preferred.

Education:Applicants should hold any Bachelor's degree. Candidates with additional qualifications and certifications preferred.

Age: 27 to 33 years

Linguistic abilities:

Should be able to speak fluently in the State language (Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu) where posted. Should be proficient in English and ability to speak in Hindi is preferred.

Span of control: 5 to 12 Business Development Executives (similar to Medical representatives)

Reporting to:Sales Manager (State Head)

Selection process: 4 rounds interviews + 4 online psychometric assessments + Group discussions+ Medical test + Reference check

Job responsibilities

  1. Gather Market Intelligence and Communicate with HO and Team.
  2. Plan and Achieve Area SalesTargets.
  3. Coach Business Development Executives to plan their Product mix, Customer mix and Daily Grid Plan/Monthly Tour plan with Resources Plan.
  4. Develop Local Sales Strategy for Penetrating to Key Accountsby involving BDE and Stockists.
  5. Provide On the Job Training to Customersand Business Development Executives to demonstrate the products and educate all stakeholders on the benefits of the products and services.
  6. Channel Partner Management & Development.
  7. Key Customer Relationship Management.
  8. Implementation of Organizational Marketing Strategy and Campaigns.
  9. Ensure adherence of team to Company Policies and Organizational Values.
  10. Play an active role in promotional activities in Industry exhibitions and Continuing Medical Education Programs for Surgeons, Internal Business Meetings and Training Programs.
  11. Collaboration with Product Management team, Learning & Development team and Supply Chain Management team for ensuring timely flow of relevant information about products, customer feedback, resolving customer complaints, marketing strategy implementation, promotional campaigns etc.
  12. Team Management and Leadership.

Professional development:

There will be induction programs (2 weeks each) in Bangalore in February 2021 and in March/ April 2021.
Company believes in providing individual attention to the learning and professional growth of managers and employees.Continuous learning and development initiatives will be provided at regular intervals for the managers and employees based on their progress in the company.

There will be regular On the Job Training and Coaching provided for the managers by Medical Officers, Product Managers, Learning and Development Managers and Professional Consultants.

Career growth:

Based on sales performance as well as developing self and team members in first 6 to 12 months, some of the Area Sales Managers will be considered for getting elevated to Sales Manager (State Head level). Performers can expect rapid job promotions (from 2021 to 2030) in this new company with expansion plans.

Position: Manager, Finance

CA with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing organization. Job requires the selected person to be able to set up and review internal systems and controls. Should be well versed with working capital management, financial accounting and audit, MIS management, budget forecasting and predictive analysis, performance evaluation and cost control, Investment management and capital budgeting.

Communication, business, leadership and entrepreneurship skills, ability to train other staff members are essential for being considered for the job.Compensation would match competence and Industry standards. Position: Manager, Human Resources

Education: Master’s degree (MSW/MBA)/ diploma in HR management from a reputed Institution with at least 5 years’ of experience in a manufacturing and marketing organization in a managerial role.
Applicants should have experience in talent acquisition of middle management staff. Those who have not conducted L&D sessions on various aspects of work need not apply. Job requires the selected person to be able to set up and review HR systems and controls, and must have worked in an ERP environment. Must be a compensation and benefits specialist and should have run incentive programs including knowledge of ESOP.

Experience is employee engagement of both office and sales employees; management of Company's ethics and culture code will be an added advantage. Candidate should be a multi-linguist, friendly person, a team player and a source of inspiration for all employees and serve as a consultant to other managers.
