Professional experience
Pragati’s last professional stint was with a renowned HR Consultancy, where she worked as Principal Consultant – Learning and Development. Here, she developed and conducted leadership and management interventions with a focus on empowering leaders to drive results and helping organizations to move to the next level with customized solutions and robust methodologies. Design and delivery of Assessment and Development Centers, High Potential identification, Competency Framework, Competency Based Interviewing were intrinsic to her role, Due to this, Pragati has considerable know-how in guiding leadership teams in creating development plans to bridge the blind spots in their leadership behavior. She has also worked with Capgemini, World Network Services, British Airways, Damania Airways etc.,
Pragati also facilitates large outbound interventions which rely on the experiential learning methodology with incisive debriefs and self-reflection. She overcomes an individual’s limiting beliefs using powerful metaphors like NLP techniques, fire walking. glass walking and iron rod bending.
She has also designed and conducted Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions for approximately 800 Technical experts to enhance their training delivery. In her consulting role, Pragati has worked with Core leadership teams of large organizations to roll out Performance Management Systems and also conducts Organizational Diagnostics (Mystery Surveys, Incognito Audits) for Retail/ Hotels/Health Industry
Before joining consulting firm she was handling Pan India training operations for Ikya Human Capital Solutions.
She has trained assessed and coached more than 25000 participants on various relevant learning interventions and has worked closely with the management team of following companies.
