She has completed her Post Graduation in Public Management andpursued her Doctoral degree from the University of Madras in Human Resources Development. She is a certified ISO Consultant and Auditor and a language Trainer in German and Chinese.
Experience:
She has more than 23 years of experience in HR and Training in various fields including IT sector and presently the Director of the company. She is the founder of M&M Institute of Languages where training is imparted for various foreign languages such as German, Chinese, Japanese etc.,. She is also managing the affairs of SNEHA (Society for New Environment and Humanitarian Action),an NGO.
Her areas of focus:
Human Resources Development, ISO, Compliance implementation and certification, CSR implementation and Language training.
