Education and Certifications:
Murali holds two Post Graduate degrees, one in English Literature and another in Management. He is a Psytech certified Assessor, a registered test user of British Psychological Society, Certified in Balanced Score Card, a trained Transactional Analyst, and a trained Executive Coach.
Experience:
He has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Leadership Development. He has worked with Xerox, Axel Johnson, Microland, Elind (an Intel invested company now a part of Genpact), SVC - USA, SLK Software and TiG Global. In his last assignment he was the Group Director of HR at a large conglomerate in Dubai, holding responsibility for Middle East, Singapore and Malaysia. He has been in the people practices for over 15 years consulting various clients of repute in India and abroad in multiple verticals and geographies.

His areas of interest are Organizational Development, Performance Management and organizational change management. Murali is a visiting faculty of repute on subjects of OD, OB and International HRM.
