Holding the unique Level A/B certificate from British Psychological Society, he is one of the few delegated assessors authorized to deliver psychometric certification training in India from publishers from UK. He is an authorized user of more than 50 psychometric tools from 5 different global providers used in hiring, training, coaching and talent development.
