Mr. Sabarish Vasudevan has 25 years of overall experience in sales management of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and OTC brands. He is a certified professional in training and development with special focus in selling skills and field coaching. His last assignment before joining TransCat was with Nestle Health Science, India as “Head of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)”.

He has more than a decade of experience in driving sales competency development programs in global Multinational Organizations like Novartis and Nestle and also another decade of experience in field force management and distribution management working with leading pharmaceutical companies of India, namely, Cipla and Sun Pharmaceuticals.

He has developed customized sales force curriculum of Novartis Healthcare and Nestle Health Science India portfolio and is instrumental in driving the globally acclaimed sales competency framework of Nestle Health Science in India. He has gained in-depth experience in customer relationship management platform Veeva.

He has horned his sales management and product launch skills through very many successful product launches of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and OTC brands in India and Nepal by applying core principles of SFE- market segmentation, valuations and targeting through robust customer profiling techniques.

He is an all-round professional in Sales Force Effectiveness Management with good blend of in market experience and professional qualifications as certified facilitator of Professional Selling skills from Elevate Sales (US), Eagle Sales Academy and Winning health account strategy.

He is a Postgraduate in Economics and a Diploma holder in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development.
