He is a BE (Mechanical) Engineer, having a rich and vast experience of 34 years in project management, manufacturing, operations, vendor management, sourcing, process planning, stores management, quality assurance and HR activities.  He retired as CEO in 2017 from Micromatic Grinding Technology Ltd., and continue to spread the message on technology and management services with passion and zeal. He has diverse industry experience working with, The Mysore Kirloskar Ltd., L&T Mcneil Ltd., and Gabriel India Ltd.

• A Management professional with a wide spectrum of working with Machine tools, Auto component and Heavy Engineering industries.

• Familiar with selection of General purpose and CNC machines for various machining activities.

• Experience in overall monitoring of plant performances, including HR, Finance, Supply chain, Quality Systems, Production, Stores management, Process management.

• Undergone 6 sigma training and trained 20 batches on Quality Initiatives of 6 Sigma Level 1.

• Visited Japan and Taiwan for technology transfer.  Achieved in doubling productivity improvement in earlier company.

• As an Examiner for (RBNQA) Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award & (ABLP) Anand Business Leadership Programme (Malcolm Baldridge Business Excellence Model, Motorola).

• Associated with TPM implementation along with cluster group.

• Trainer and Assessor for 5S Methodology Implementation.
