Dr. Ganesh. V. Sastry, M. D. has more than 30 years of experience as a Wellness Consultant. He has been listed by ILO, Geneva, as a Global Expert (one among two experts recognized from developing countries). He is an International Coach for SOLVE intervention for addressing Health issues at workplace as per ILO norms for enterprises. Being a post-graduate in Medicine he has worked with more than 200 corporate clients in OD initiatives and his passion is in the areas of Strategy, Change Management, Leadership Development and he has designed and administered more than 2500 programs for the Leadership teams.
His areas of interest are Stress management, Work Life Balance, Stress Audit for organizations, corporate wellness programs, Life Style Management, Transformational leadership, Vision Mission workshops, Team development, Leadership development, Performance Coaching, Logical Framework Approach (LFA) in Project Planning and TOT.
